PABI was founded in 1994 to provide a unique training program that enables home inspectors within our network to be a highly differentiated one-stop solution in their community. The training comprises of rigorous classroom, field, online, and peer mentorship program. This helps our home inspectors gain the depth and breadth of experience and succeed as a business owner and an operator. We provide continuing education for Home Inspectors on an ongoing basis on core topics as well as ancillary services.
Our live home inspector training is based off the Carson Dunlap system using the Principles of Home Inspection Textbook. We have access to a state-of-the-art learning management system that we use for both instruction and to house recordings of the live webinars and classes we provide.
