Membership Requirements – PABI Certified

1. Complete 145 hour PABI training for Home inspectors and pass our exams.
2. Complete PABI’s mentoring program by doing at least 10 parallel inspections with a PABI Certified Inspector.
3. You must follow PABI’s core values and you must follow the SOPs of your state or the ASHI/INACHI SOPs.
4. You must obtain at least 14 PABI approved CEs per year.
